Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from traditional martial arts including Karate, Muay Thai, Taekwon-Do and western boxing.

Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness or as a contact sport.

At Devon Martial Arts we teach and practice a wide range of kickboxing skills allowing you to gain whatever you need from your training; fitness, grading, points-sparring, preparation for full contact sparring and everything in between.

As a hybrid martial art, Kickboxing incorporates the best aspects from other martial arts with the aim of producing the most effective combat style.
