All of the classes are Instructed by Mr Brett Dowling, IV Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do and 4th Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing. Brett began training in 1995 at the age of seven and now is a recognised international level instructor under the ITF (International Taekwon-Do Federation) and PUMA. Some of Brett’s training highlights include learning Taekwon-Do directly from the Founder, Major General Choi Hong Hi IX Degree, where he was lucky enough to spend three days as a young black belt learning from the Grand Master as well as having the opportunity to train under Kickboxing pioneer and Undefeated Middleweight World Champion, Bill “Superfoot” Wallace.
